A quick guide to creating professional invoices in under a minute.

    Open the Invoice Generator

    Head to /invoice. The tool loads instantly — no signup, no waiting.

    Fill in your business details

    Enter your business name, email, and address. These appear in the header of your invoice and on the PDF.

    Add your client

    Type your client's name, email, and address. They'll appear in the Bill To section.

    Configure invoice settings

    Pick a currency, set the issue and due dates, and choose payment terms (Net 7, Net 14, etc.).

    Add line items

    Describe each service or product, set quantity and rate. Amounts auto-calculate. Add or remove rows freely.

    Adjust totals

    Apply a percentage or flat discount, add a tax rate, and shipping if needed. The total updates live.
